1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
5 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water (for mixing the cornstarch in)
1. Put everything but the cornstartch and 1/4 cup cold water into a sauce pan and bring to a simmer while stirring.
2. Mix cornstarch in cold water, then drizzle into hot simmering sauce pot.
3. Keep simmering and stirring until desired thickness.
