When Vrghr described his plans for those Pineapple Orange Brulee treats to the cashier at Whole Foods (The only store in town stocking Moro "Blood" Oranges), the cashier hurried over to the produce department and brought back a little container of strawberries.

"What you're planning sounds wonderful! It seems like you really like good fruit. We just got these in, and they're some of the sweetest I've tasted. They taste like Spring! Enjoy them on the house, and see what you might make from them!" She explained.

Wow! What a wonderful gesture!

And she was right! These are some of the sweetest store-bought berries wuffy has tasted. They taste like the berries Vrghr got right out of the fields while out in CA.

While wuffy was creating those other Brulee treats, he recalled something about torched berries. They were dipped in Marshmallow fluff. So wuffy tried those too.

Yum Yummy Yum Yum!

What a wonderful combination! The only way to make these better MIGHT be a little dab of chocolate on the berry, before adding the marshmallow fluff. Sort of a "Strawberry S'Mores". But this will do just fine, until wuffy plays with that other idea.

In the mean time, it's simplicity itself!

Ingredients:
Fresh Strawberries
Marshmallow Fluff

Directions:
Impale a strawberry from the stem end on a fork, skewer, or toothpick

Dip the pointy end of the berry into a tub of Marshmallow Fluff. Twirl it as it comes out

Using a Kitchen Torch, gas burner, or similar source of heat, gently heat the Marshmallow until it lightly toasts, or let bits of it fire up and char if you wish. If you have enough room between your fingers and the berry, you can heat the berry too!

Let the marshmallow cool to a safe temperature, and DEVOUR!

NOTE: These do NOT hold well. Leave them sit long enough, and the fluff will go syrupy where it touches the berry, and slide off. That wasn't a problem for Vrghr, since his berries "vanished" within 10 minutes *grin*
