Vargr's first attempt at the "low and slow" style BBQ ribs. Unlike the pressure cooker version wuff posted before, these are an all-day affair. But they are ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! Wow! Did they ever turn out GOOD!

Popular (No New Posts) Ham and Mushroom Rice Casserole w/Veg
Curry flavor is the first to hit, mellowed with the honey from spiral sliced ham, and sweet Videlia onions. Garlic & Mustard are savory backing, and a variety of veg brings complexity. Easy to make, too!

Popular (No New Posts) Chicken with Lemon Grape Cream Sauce
Incredibly easy to make, this has powerful flavors and rich, creamy texture. The lemon flavor comes on strong, but the grapes temper it with fruity sweetness. Give this a try!

Popular (No New Posts) Vargr's "Coney Island" Dog Sauce
A thick meaty sauce for hot dogs (makes a nice Sloppy Joe too). Boiling the meat makes this sauce different than your run-of-the-mill chili or spaghetti texture.

Popular (No New Posts) Chicken "Experiment" Extravaganza
Wuff got his paws on many pounds of boneless, skinless chicken (breasts and thighs), and was given free rein to "experiment" with flavor combinations. The result: 5 batches of yummy chicken, completely different in flavor from one another, but all tasty!

Popular (No New Posts) Quick and Easy Cheesy Mushroom Sauce
This is one instance where using an “imitation cheese product” is exactly the right ingredient for a lovely, velvety, cheesy sauce. This sauce has LOADS of flavor, and is excellent over chicken, veggies (try it on green beans or asparagus), or even nachos

Popular (No New Posts) "Red-Cooked" Chicken w/Stir-Fry Veggies - Slow Cooker Style
A very simple recipe, nearly "dump style" if you're in a rush. But with a great depth of flavor, tender, juicy, fall-off-the-bone chicken, and nice Asian notes from 5-spice powder and Soy Sauce. It just doesn't actually turn red (yet).

Popular (No New Posts) Dulce de Leche from Sweetened Condensed Milk
A fabulous thick, creamy caramel sauce; Dulce de Leche is extremely popular "south of the boarder" but catching on world-wide. This "shortcut" version turns a "needs patience" process into something as simple as boiling water. With GREAT results!

"Autumn" to reflect the plethara of harvest root veggies, and the "Autumn leaves" colors of the mix. Takes a little longer to prepare, but the total "cooks involvement" time is minimal.

Popular (No New Posts) "Dump" Chicken Recipes
These are called "Dump" chicken because you "dump" all the ingredients into a 1 Gallen freezer bag and freeze until ready to cook. Then you thaw them overnight and "dump" them into the slow cooker or cassarole dish to cook. Super easy!
