Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 md Onion (red), chopped fine
2 cans Campbells Tomato Soup.
1 lb Large Pasta Shells
2 cups shredded cheddar/jack cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (unmeasured)
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cook Pasta Shells according to box and drain.
3. Brown Hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion together in pot.
4. Add tomato soup, 1/2 the cheese, and the pasta shells in with the browned ground beef and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring.
5. Put mixture into 9 x 13 casserole dish.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
7. Cover in foil and bake for 20 minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove Foil and bake for another 10 minutes to brown cheese topping.
Remove and let cool until you can eat it. Be careful, molten cheese!
