So this is a yummy fixup for canned corn to make it a bit tastier.
Ingredients:
1 can of corn
1 Tb butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp dried celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Steps:
1. Drain off half the liquid from the corn.
2. Put remaining liquid and corn in a small saucepan over medium heat.
3. Add everything else.
4. Simmer for about 7 minutes.
