Have made this and it really is quite good!
almond flour pie crust
1.5 c almond flour
1/4 c arrowroot
3 T psyllium husk [optional]
1/4 t sea salt
put in food processor, combine
1/4 c butter, cut into tiny pieces; add to dry ingrediants, pulse until looks like corn meal
1 egg white
1 T honey; add to processor, pulse until it starts to ball up
[optional - add 1/2 c.crushed pecans]
Put dough between sheets of parchment paper & roll to slightly larger than pie tin
chill 1 hour in freezer
remove top layer of parchment paper, invert over pie tin, let settle,
fix cracks with damp hands; used for cream or fresh-chilled fruit, pierce bottom
of crust with fork, cook in oven at 350 degrees, 18 mins until golden brown
[if used for baked contents fruit pie, let rest 10 minutes before filling added
& cover edges of pie crust to keep from over browning
