That is a pre-prepared lunch system that you can fill the pieces during the weekend and then take them to work in your "lunch box" for meals. It includes the Prepd app as well as all the internal containers. What I am looking for is help with recipes that I can cook in batches, and then fill my prep'd containers with on the weekend for my lunches during the week.
I want to average about 800 calories per day, covering the 4 days I want to bring my food from home.
Each container is 1.77" tall. I will have 4 - 5.51" x 5.51" containers, 8 - 2.71" x 2.71" containers, and 4 - 5.51" x 2.71" containers. The meal will need to fit in a container that can have one layer of boxes that are 5.51" x 8.22" in total dimensions!"

Ingredients for Mango Fried Rice:
1 clove Garlic
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Mango
85 grams Chicken Breast
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Live
1/4 tsp Curry Powder
1 cup brown rice (cooked)
1 tbsp Spring Onion
2 tsp Canola Oil.
Ingredients for Fruit Salad:
1 medium Nectarine
1 medium Plum
1 Apple
10 Blueberries
Mango Fried Rice Recipe:
1. Crush the Garlic.
2. Thinly slice red pepper and dice the mango into chunks
3. Thinly slice the Chicken Breast into strips.
4. Pour Canola Oil and Garlic into medium frying pan.
5. Place Frying Pan on Medium High heat.
6. Cook Garlic until golden brown, then add chicken.
7. Brown Chicken, then add red pepper strips soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir Fry 1-2 minutes until the soy and lime juice has evaporated.
8. Add Brown Rice & Curry Powder. Cook rice for 1-2 minutes.
9. Add Mango Chunks. Cook for about 1 minute.
10. Turn heat off and allow fried rice to cool
11. Thinly slice spring onion. Spoon fried rice into large Prepd container, top with spring onion slices. Refrigerate and serve warm.
Fruit Salad Recipe:
1. Chop fruit into small chunks.
2. Put chunks in long Prepd container.
3. Refrigerate.
