So this is a recipe I got off the net at the advice of ShadowCat-X...  and it turned out great!

Ingredients:

6 ears of corn (or however many will fit in the water)
1 gallon water, room temp.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup salt

1)  Mix Sugar and Salt into the room temperature water.

2)  Peel back husks on corn, remove silk, cut out bad area's with a sharp knife, cover corn with husks again.

3)  Soak corn in water/sugar/salt mixture for 3 hours (I put a bowl on them to keep them under the surface)

4)  Let Drain into Collander for a few minutes to get rid of extra moisture.

5)  Place on medium grill with lid down for 10 minutes.

6)  Turn corn over and continue grilling for another 10 minutes, lid down.

7)  Serve Corn by peeling back husk for use as a handle.
