Popular (No New Posts) Soup Beans and Corn Bread with Ham Hocks
Mom taught us this wonderful Southern dish. In the years since, wuff has "kicked it up" and made it use own. Rich, savory bean broth soaks into the corn bread. A few more spices in the beans than traditional. And the corn bread is "gussied up" a bit too.

Popular (No New Posts) Cacio De Pepe pasta and antipasto
"Cheese and Pepper" in Italian, the sparsity of ingredients doesn't mean a paucity of flavor. If you enjoy black pepper, you're going to LOVE this pasta! An Italian version of "mac and cheese".

Popular (No New Posts) Ham and Mushroom Rice Casserole w/Veg
Curry flavor is the first to hit, mellowed with the honey from spiral sliced ham, and sweet Videlia onions. Garlic & Mustard are savory backing, and a variety of veg brings complexity. Easy to make, too!

Popular (No New Posts) Chicken with Lemon Grape Cream Sauce
Incredibly easy to make, this has powerful flavors and rich, creamy texture. The lemon flavor comes on strong, but the grapes temper it with fruity sweetness. Give this a try!
